1. Once payment has been made and a saree has been reserved, the client cannot choose a different saree from the deposit amount, as the selected saree has been exclusively reserved for you.
2. All payments made are strictly non-refundable in case of change of mind.
3. Due to the handcrafted nature of handloom sarees, minor visible threads are normal and do not constitute a manufacturing defect. However, if there is a genuine fault, we will replace the saree for you.
4. The saree color will be 99% identical to the original product and images provided. Slight color variations due to different device screens are not considered defects
